CNC Lathe Processing Features:
1. All the main shafts of CNC lathe machine gearbox are ultrasonically quenched and precision ground, with high precision and low noise.
3. The horizontal CNC lathe machine rail body is ultrasonically quenched and CNC finely ground, with high rigidity and strength and improved precision. The bed, guide rail, and bed are spliced together, the size of the carriage will not become thicker, and the strength will increase.
4. The automatic CNC lathe machine connecting rod ball screw adopts the integral inner ring screw with support and preloaded diagonal ball bearings. Guide rails, pull rod bolts, etc. adopt centralized automatic lubrication, which can move flexibly, reduce thermal deformation, and stabilize point accuracy.
5. The repeat positioning of CNC lathe machine bar fedeer is accurate.
6. The rear frame of CNC lathe adopts eccentric wheel locking mechanism and adhesive, which makes fastening faster. The rear connector has a device to prevent the drill from rotating, effectively protecting the rear parts.
